SDSU’s College of Engineering 2026 Design Day will be held in May 2026 from 1:00pm – 4:00pm at Viejas Arena.
Design Day is the largest College of Engineering annual event held at Viejas Arena. Join us for a showcase of the exciting, innovative design projects our undergraduate Engineering students conceive, design and build during the academic year.
We will have over 85 teams presenting projects in 2026 with contributions by Senior Design classes in:
- Aerospace Engineering
- Civil, Construction & Environmental Engineering
- Electrical & Computer Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering

Engineering Design Days 2022–2024
The annual Engineering Senior Design Day event takes place the first week of May during the spring semester. As the largest College of Engineering event, it showcases the exciting and innovative design projects that our undergraduate Engineering students create during the academic year. Each of our Senior Design classes in Aerospace Engineering, Civil, Construction & Environmental Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering participate with over 80 projects on interactive display each year.
